Wolf Dual Fuel Ranges Recalled Due to Burn Hazard (2015)

Recall Overview

In May 2015, Sub-Zero Inc. recalled approximately 2,700 Wolf-branded dual fuel ranges because the oven door could open unexpectedly during the self-clean cycle. When the self-clean mode runs at extremely high temperatures, an unexpected door opening poses a serious burn hazard.

The affected ranges were sold through authorized Wolf dealers from approximately 2012 through 2015. Consumers were instructed to stop using the self-clean feature and contact Sub-Zero for a free in-home repair.
